Absolutely not! Instashift is a staffing service that provides temporary and temp-to-perm employees, we are not an employment agency. The people who apply and work with Instashift are considered Instashift employees.
You may search and apply for Job Openings on our company website. First, you complete your application(be sure to add a job reference number to your application) Reminder: You must provide documents that establish both your identity as well as your employment eligibility, as outlined in the List of Acceptable Documents (last page of Form I-9), as required by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Once you have filled out an application and all of the required paperwork has been submitted, we will then run a background check,a staff member will conduct a virtual interview and verify that you are able to perform the types of jobs we offer. You are then ready to be sent on an assignment (maybe even the same day), if there's an job assignment you are qualified for.
The pay rate for each assignment is different. The pay rate depends on several factors: the assignment, your skills and schedule flexibility. You will be presented with a pay rate amount before accepting an assignment.
Instashifters get paid weekly. Our pay period runs from Monday through Sunday with pay going out the following Friday! If the pay cycle for a particular position differs from this, you will be informed of the different pay cycle before accepting the assignment. In some instances we pay daily depending on the assignment. You must first 2 weeks with the company with no write ups, lateness or call outs. All pay is issued through Direct Deposits.
After receiving offer letter.
As we are a staffing company, our employees will be assigned to work at the clients' location.
